Vincentian Academy Celebrates 80 Years: Please join with us in grateful prayer as Vincentian Academy celebrates 80 years of excellence in Catholic secondary education. Founded by the Vincentian Sisters of Charity on November 14, 1932, the Academy, located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Pa., currently serves 262 students. The curriculum is built on the International Baccalaureate program which provides a world-class college preparatory education. Graduates maintain a 100 percent university placement rate and an 85 percent pass rate on the IB placement exam. Vincentian Academy proudly acknowledges everyone who has contributed time, talent and treasure to the richness of its 80-year legacy of excellence in academics, the arts and athletics. Click here to view the pictures from the November 7, 2012, Mass of Thanksgiving, offered by Bishop David A.
