The College of Nursing at Kurji Holy Family Hospital, Patna, India, celebrated their Annual Sports Day this January. This gave the students a break from their regular classroom atmosphere to demonstrate their sportsmanship in various events.

Sister Usha Saldanha shares the following:

Nurses are not only compassionate care givers in the hospital, they are also a highly diverse and talented group of young people who hold the key to our future success and prosperity. They respond to new challenges and maximize opportunities which help them develop leadership skills.

It was wonderful to see everyone, full of life, enter into the athletics and bring surprises to all the bystanders. Young people have a lot of talent hidden in them and it is our responsibility to tap the hidden resources and allow them to bloom in every aspect of their life which will teach them teamwork and determination.

Congratulations to our dear students for your great show!
