At the Motherhouse in Nazareth, Kentucky, Sisters of Charity of Nazareth took time to make Saint Valentine’s Day cards for family and friends. It was so much more than just making cards. Sisters were helping Sisters who are very visually impaired. Some Sisters thought they had no ability to create a card, but they worked hard, spending two hours making the cards and then proudly admiring the finished product. It was also an opportunity to introduce Sisters recently who moved to Nazareth from Pittsburgh to others inside of a group activity (restricted to floors, eight maximum).
It was wonderful seeing your creative work and the pictures of you creating them.
Beautiful work Sisters. I so miss seeing you all very much.
Congratulations, Sisters, for sharing your gifts.
Creativity is not controlled by age. Good for you, Sisters.
The Valentine Cards are absolutely beautiful! Budding artists in Carrico!
