Sisters Mary Elizabeth Miller, SCN and Theresa Kotturan, SCN wash the feet of 12 representatives of the worshipping community at Nazareth. The ritual washing of feet is symbolic of the action of Jesus, as recorded in the gospels, at the Last Supper and is a regular part of the Holy Thursday liturgy that begins the sacred celebration of the Easter Triduum.
