Sisters Place faithfully provides opportunities for families and individuals to overcome poverty and homelessness through empowerment, housing, wellness, personal and professional advancement services. Sisters Place recently shared this video entitled Sisters House 2020.

Sisters Place is a shared governance ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth join with 12 other congregations to advance the legacy of the congregation and give guidance to the ministry’s future. This takes place by means of a Members Board with reserved powers. Currently, Ann Kull, SCN represents the congregation on the Members Board.

Sisters Place, Inc. was founded in 1993 by the group now known as the Catholic Sisters Leadership Council (CSLC) of Western Pennsylvania as an outgrowth of their interest in serving the poor in our community. Because of their extensive experience with this disadvantaged population, the Sisters recognized the critical need that many impoverished families have for stable housing and supportive services as they work to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. Sisters Place faithfully provides opportunities for families and individuals to overcome poverty and homelessness through empowerment, housing, wellness, personal and professional advancement services.
