Four minor girls from the state of Odisha in the eastern part of India had been admitted to a children’s home, Vellimadukunnu, by Child Welfare Committee in January. The tireless effort of the Migrant Outreach Services (MOS) team consisting of Sister Gracy Thombrakudy, Mr. Nithish, Mr. Manoj Thomas, and volunteers saw the union of these young girls with their families on Feb. 19. Thanks to the timely intervention of the director of Socio-Religious Community and the MOS team these girls were able to be helped.
