Road Safety Campaign

Sixth grade students of Navjyoti School in Shapur, india, participated in a road safety campaign organized by Thana Incharge of Gwalpara, Madhepura, this January. The aim of the campaign was to give awareness to motorcyclist who travel without the use of a helmet.Those who did not have a helmet were reminded by the students that life is very precious and they need to use a helmet for their safety. The students gave each person a marigold flower as a reminder. The students spoke courageously as they took part in the campaign. Sister Leena Toppo and teachers from the school accompanied the students. Local police authorities were appreciative.
