On Wednesday, October 29, Barbara Joseph Lammers, SCN gave two presentations on Modern Day Slavery to Bethlehem High School students as part of the school’s afternoon program entitled Life 101. As part of the program, students chose from a variety of offerings dealing with life after high school. Some offering included stress management, alcohol and driving, career choices, social issues such as modern day slavery.

Sister Barbara Joseph is part of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Nelson County (Kentucky). Her presentations included an overview of slavery today worldwide, in the United States and in Kentucky.
