Fifteen SCN novices along with Sister Janice Rathappillil spent three days with the Taru Mitra bio reserve in Patna reflecting on the state of the Earth. They joined in the organic farm, celebrated friendship with trees by tying rakhis “amulets” on them, visited the Ganges River, the river of life for 400 million people and later organized colorful liturgies in the evenings. They also learned the art of making herbal medicines with help from Rev. Meloo SJ

All the ends of the earth have seen the saving power of God.
