Nazareth Village’s management team attended the KY Housing Conference in Louisville on April 27th and 28th. During the conference, Vicki Ward and Crystal Welch were both recognized and received the Kentucky Housing Corporation/HUD award: OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE, RESIDENT SERVICES.
Every year KHC and HUD recognize individuals or teams that have not only created strong and lasting improvements in the quality of housing for residents but have worked to improve residents’ quality of life. Finding innovative ways to increase resident ability to live independently such as aging in place issues for elderly and self-sufficiency issues for disabled persons, and enhancing sense of community at the property by providing access to education, health and well-being, financial, or other self-improvement activities.
The Annual Housing Management Conference Awards honor high performing individuals and organizations whose passion and caring as well as innovation and strategies are used to help meet the needs of families and communities across Kentucky.
Todd Hardy was nominated for OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 2016.
