From Nazareth Home

It is with great pride that we announce that Nazareth Home Clifton has been named an AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Bronze Award recipient. This award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living recognizes facilities that have met the high standards set forth by the AHCA/NCAL.

“The American Health Care Association follows the Baldridge guidelines for organizational development and leadership to designate the Bronze Award winners. It’s rigorous and few applicants receive it because of its requirements,” explained Nazareth Home President & CEO, Mary Haynes. “My hat is off to Lisa Biddle-Puffer, the administrator for her leadership in organizing the team around these quality initiatives and achievements. Her leadership efforts are writing our quality story on the Clifton campus.

“The Bronze Award signifies to our team that the path we’ve set our sights on is where we truly are right now,” stated Lisa Biddle-Puffer, Nazareth Home – Clifton Administrator. “I expect it’s obvious that providing care entails compassion. But, it’s affirming that our profession values the importance of science as well. We hold hands and give our hearts, but we track data and analyze systems, too. Without a doubt, our team is inspired to achieve more and to be creative as we do it.”

Please join us in congratulating Lisa Biddle-Puffer and her excellent team of staff and volunteers who worked diligently to receive this recognition.
