It raised the need for critical communal dialogue and discernment. Personally, I am excited by the possibility and promise special prayer for the exploration team. One element I learned long ago is to truly listen for reasons if and why the local people, church and other congregations are in favor of our presence and ministry. Then it is our responsibility to decide if we can meet those expectations and if this mission will be one of partnership, collaboration and true intercultural, rather than, multicultural living and ministry. Again, I thank you for this report. Maria Brocato on November 6, 2017 at 8:30 pm Thank you for this synthesis of the feedback regarding our possible mission in Kenya. It leads me to promise more prayer. Judy Donohue on November 6, 2017 at 11:38 am Praying for the fruits of the Spirit to be yours as you travel! Be open & be flexible. Sunila Erumangalathu on November 6, 2017 at 10:19 am Sisters, Be assured of my prayers as you move about exploring the possibilities of our presence in Kenya. I am sure the Good Lord who has inspired us for this process will continue to be our wisdom and inspiration. Good luck and all the best. With lots of Prayer, Sunila.
