The IT department has implemented a ticketing system called Spiceworks that it uses to manage work requests and trouble tickets. Any user on the Nazareth Campus can submit a work request to all IT members by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

TeamViewer is a program that will allow the Information Technology department to take control of a computer that is not at Nazareth. Installing TeamViewer will allow the IT department to diagnose many computer issues at the users site while keeping the user from sending the computer to Nazareth for repair.
