Graduation at Arunodaya

With graduation, learning has just began for 22 trainees of Arunodaya Social Centre in Patna, India. In the presence of parents, teachers, chief guest, Father Devasia Mattathilani, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Patna, guest of honour, Basanti Lakra, SCN, Provincial of Patna Province, priests and nuns from parish and nearby religious houses, the graduates received their certificates on April 28.

Sister Basanti said to the young women that with determination and discipline that they can realize their goals in life. Teresa Madassery, SCN, welcomed the guests for the function. 

Twenty of the trainees already have obtained work. Two trainees were religious women. The trainees put up a colourful cultural program, highlighting all that they learned in the last 10 months.
