Clean India Mission is a campaign by the Government of India to clean the streets, roads, and infrastructure of the country’s 4,041 statutory cities and towns. Students across the country have been actively participating in this mission ever since it was launched in October 2014. The Nazareth school family at Chandapura, Bangalore has been annually organizing programs to raise awareness among the students, staff, and parents. This year, on August 19, sixty students, staff and members of Parents Teachers Association gathered at Chandapura circle where weekly market is held every Saturday. They acted out a skit, mime and street play, along with songs and dances that were meant to create awareness among the public on cleanliness.
