Nazareth Vidya Niketan, Chatra, hosted the Crusvir (Soldiers of Christ) rally for over 900 Catholic students from 32 schools of Hazaribagh Diocese from Nov. 13-15, 2015. The theme of the rally was “Crusvir – the Light of the Family”. The chief guest, bishop of Hazaribagh, Most Rev. Anand Jojo, asked the students to practice the four weapons of Crusvir, prayer, holy Eucharist, sacrifice and service. The Diocesan Coordinator of Crusvir, Sister Neelam (Holy Cross) encouraged the participants to be the light of their family by doing good deeds.

There were many competitions held to bring out their talents such as fancy dress, mono act, skit, dance, Bible quiz, drawing, etc. The students of Chatra did well in many of the competitions. Father Vijay Tete, the Chatra parish priest and all the SCNs and their staff along with the animators from other schools worked hard to host this event successfully.
