This week therapy dogs came to visit the Sisters living in Carrico Hall of the Nazareth Motherhouse. It was a wonderful experience for the Sisters. Pat Hicks arranged the visit through an organization called Canines for Christ, an international Christian-based, animal-assisted therapy ministry that uses ordinary people and their beloved dogs to share God’s message of love, hope, kindness, and compassion. They had wonderful stories to share about the dogs they brought and what they do to spread the word of Jesus Christ to nursing homes and more.

Let's stay in touch.

Join in the mission of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. Stay up-to-date on news from the Sister's daily life of prayer and work in ministries around the world in Belize, Botswana, India, Nepal, and the United States.
