A Special Mass was held today in honor of Nazareth Village I and Nazareth Village II. Both are celebrating significant anniversaries, Nazareth Village I celebrates 40 years and Nazareth Village II celebrates 30 years in ministry. Past and current staff members attended the Mass along with residents, board members, and friends.
Michelle Grgurich, SCN, recognized all who have been a part of the success of Nazareth Villages. “We are grateful to all who have served as staff, as board members, and to all residents who have chosen to call Nazareth Villages home. … We are grateful for all you have done to contribute to our mission to provide safe and affordable housing in a peaceful setting. Let us joyfully celebrate this liturgy in Thanksgiving and in hope for continued blessings.”
Nazareth Villages will continue to celebrate this Friday! Mark your calendar to come and celebrate this wonderful housing ministry and all past and current residents on August 16 beginning at 11 a.m. at Crimmins Hall. This “Red Carpet” event will have live entertainment, awesome door prizes, light refreshments, some special speakers, several local vendors, a food truck and lots of time for swapping stories.
