The SCN Disaster Relief Volunteers arrived in Holly Springs, Mississippi, on Monday, Jan. 4, and were warmly welcomed by Lois Harrison, director of volunteers for the Sacred Heart Missions.

On Tuesday, the team traveled to an area that was devastated by the tornado that hit the night before Christmas Eve. While helping to clean up debris and look for buried personal items, Clyde, an elderly man and the homeowner, came by to visit and thanked the volunteers. He was in his home when the tornado hit.

Continue to pray for people affected by this storm.
